Montenegro Citizenship by Investment | Ski Resort K16, Kolasin
K16 is the highest resort in Montenegro, located at the ski tracks of Kolasin 1600, Bjelasica mountain. K16 is named after two motives: K for an abbreviation in naming mountain peaks, and 16 which was shortened from 1600 – the 1600 meters above sea level height of the resort.
Once developed, the resort will consist of two different settlement zones with high class hotels and apartments and a zone of private exclusive chalets in between. K16 Resort consists of 2 hotels with 368 units, as well as 7 apartment buildings with 583 units. For those who love the coziness of the mountains the complex can also offer 28 family villas for maximum comfort.
All the units within the hotel settlement will be serviced by the hotels, offering a wide spectrum of amenities and year-round activities.
The zone of ski trails interpolated in the settlement ensures ideal accessibility for the skiers and provides all accommodation in the resort with the ski in ski out access.
The resort will be accessible from the Podgorica airport in 35 minutes, making it one of the closest ski resorts to an international airport in Europe.
